What started with a love for the food we grew up with became a food truck built to share authentic Mexican flavor across Colorado.
Manuel grew up helping his aunt in the family restaurant. Mexican cooking classes in Mexico City helped him build on those early lessons.
After 20 years in the corporate world, he decided to turn his lifelong passion for food into Chill in a Box.
With a chef friend from Chihuahua, Mexico, he developed and refined the recipes and signature salsas that brought the idea to life.
